Installation procedures

1Clean the floor before laying insulation sheets
- Field measurement / Complete layout and drawing plans
- Clean the floor where HOYA ONDOL will be installed until no dust or foreign substance is left
- Install insulation sheets on the completely clean floor
- Take the direction of hot water pipes (to be installed) into consideration

2Install the HOYA ONDOL base panel(sound insulating product)
- Begin with one of the edge parts according to the layout plan
- Check the joints and flatness after installing the base panel

3Install hot water pipes
- Use 12A XL pipes (outer diameter: 16 mm; inner diameter: 12 mm)
- Begin with spots closest to the distributor; proceed with pipe installation along pipelines on the HOYA ONDOL base panel
- Caution: Do not let the pipes bend when installing rotating parts
- Leave the residual length of pipe at the parts to be connected with the distributor
- Fill in any edge parts with filler foam

4Install the HOYA ONDOL top panel
- Install the top panel according to the binding site of the HOYA ONDOL base panel
- Caution: Use tools such as a rubber hammer when joining the panel; do not cause deformation or damage

5Connect the distributor
- Join the installed hot water pipes and the distributor by using coupling sockets suitable for the size of the distributor
- Make a right angle when joining the pipes and the distributor

6Connect the boiler
- If joining directly to the boiler, connect the distributor and the boiler pipe
- Join by using coupling sockets suitable for the size of the distributor and the boiler

77. Finishing the installation
- Completion of HOYA ONDOL installation

8Install the floor material
- Discharge indoor air by operating the boiler, etc.
- Check surface temperature through a test operation immediately after air discharge
※ Finish floor material installation (HOYA DOLMARU; strong floor, reinforcing floor, linoleum, tiles with decorations, etc.)
